Why Hot Spring®

The world’s top-selling spa brand. And the only one we carry.

We exclusively carry HotSpring Portable Spas — the absolute best lifetime ownership experience in the category. Insulated cabinets that hold heat through a Midwest January. Filtration that runs while you sleep so the water is ready before the kettle is on. Cabinets in finishes that don’t look like a 1990s pool toy. Twenty-eight years of carrying the line because the spas earn the floor space.

The four families

Four price points. Four sets of priorities. Same engineering DNA.

Hot Spring builds across four product families, each tuned for a different yard, household, and budget. Below: one flagship from each. Come in to see the full lineup.

From floor to deck

Choosing the spa is the easy part. We handle the rest.

Highland Pool & Spa runs the spa relationship as a single thread — not a stack of contractors. Buy from us once, and the same people show up for delivery, start-up, and every service call for the life of the spa.

  • Site walk-through to confirm clearance, access, and electrical run
  • Delivery scheduling and white-glove placement on a prepared pad or existing deck
  • Electrician referral for the 240V hookup if your home doesn’t have one
  • First fill, start-up chemistry, and a household walk-through on day one
  • Filter cartridges, covers, lifters, steps, and accessories on the shelves at both showrooms
  • Warranty service through Hot Spring’s authorized network — handled by the same family that sold you the spa

Common questions

Before you drive out.

  • Can I really sit in a spa at the showroom?

Yes — bring a swimsuit and call ahead so the spa is heated. Most of the showroom-floor Highlife and Limelight models are filled and warm during business hours.

  • How long does delivery take after I order?

Most in-stock spas leave the showroom within a week of order. Custom-ordered colors or cabinets add four to eight weeks depending on Hot Spring’s current production schedule. We give you a real date, not a window.

  • Do I need a special electrical hookup?

Most Hot Spring spas run on 240V/50A. If your house doesn’t have that on the back wall, we have a short list of local electricians who do the install at a fair price. The Freeflow line is plug-and-play 110V — no electrician needed.

  • What does year-round upkeep look like?

A few minutes a week to test water, a filter clean every month, and a full drain-and-refill three or four times a year. We sell the chemistry, the filters, and the test strips. Bring a sample to either showroom any time and we’ll read it for free on the BioGuard ALEX system.

  • What happens if something breaks?

You call us and the same family that sold you the spa schedules the service. Hot Spring parts are stocked at both locations for the common failures. Warranty work goes through the authorized channel — Highland Pool & Spa is the only step between you and Hot Spring’s network.
